By submitting to the Cosmetica Awards™, you agree to the following:

Eligibility
Entries are open to brands, clinics and practitioners operating within skincare, aesthetic medicine, cosmetic procedures and related categories.

Submission & Selection
Submission does not guarantee nomination or award.
All entries are reviewed and assessed at the sole discretion of Cosmetica Awards™.

Judging
Awards are determined based on overall merit, including formulation, performance, innovation, and results.
Cosmetica Awards™ reserves the right to withhold awards in any category where criteria are not met.

Information Accuracy
All information provided must be accurate and truthful. Cosmetica Awards™ is not responsible for verifying claims and accepts no liability for inaccuracies submitted by entrants.

Use of Name & Materials
By submitting, entrants grant Cosmetica Awards™the right to reference brand, clinic or practitioner names, and use submitted materials for promotional, editorial and marketing purposes.

Categories
Entries may be reassigned to alternative or additional categories where appropriate.
Additional categories may be introduced or awarded based on merit.

Fees 

Contact us for current entry fees, media and sponsorship (Raw material suppliers, Packaging suppliers, Equipment suppliers, Software.) 

Submission fees, where applicable, are non-refundable.

General
Cosmetica Awards™ reserves the right to modify categories, criteria and processes at any time without prior notice.

Winners and recognised entrants may use Cosmetica Awards™ branding, including award marks and logos, for promotional and marketing purposes.

Use of award marks:

• must accurately reflect the category and year awarded
• must not be altered, misrepresented or used in a misleading way
• must not imply endorsement beyond the awarded category

Award marks may be used on an ongoing basis in connection with the relevant award.

Cosmetica Awards reserves the right to revoke usage where branding is misused or where information provided is found to be inaccurate.
